Software Company in Islamabad for Business, Enterprise and Government Systems

We design and build ERP, CRM, workflow and reporting systems for Islamabad companies, programme teams and public bodies that have outgrown spreadsheets, paper files and approvals on WhatsApp. Our only office is in G-11 Markaz, so the first workshops can happen at our office or at yours.

What Islamabad organisations usually ask us to fix

Most projects start with a problem, not a software wish list. These are the ones we hear most often in Islamabad, and the kind of system that solves each.

Approvals travel by email and WhatsApp

Requests wait in inboxes, nobody can see where a file is, and there is no record of who approved what.

Workflow and approval automation

Every department keeps its own spreadsheet

Finance, procurement, stores and HR re-type the same data, and month-end reports take days to reconcile.

Custom ERP development

Public services still run on paper files

Applications, inspections and case files move by hand, so citizens cannot track progress and managers cannot see backlogs.

Government software solutions

No single record of clients or stakeholders

Contacts, meetings and follow-ups sit in personal phones and notebooks, and leave with the person who kept them.

CRM development in Pakistan

Programme reports are built by hand

Field data arrives in different formats, and donor or board reports are assembled manually each quarter.

Web applications and dashboards

Systems do not talk to each other

Accounting, payroll, banking and the operational system are separate, so the same entry is made two or three times.

Systems and API integration

An old system nobody can safely change

The original developer has gone, documentation is missing, and every change risks breaking something.

Legacy software modernisation

Field staff work on paper

Surveys, inspections and deliveries are written down and typed in later, often days after the visit.

Mobile app development

Systems we build for Islamabad organisations

Each service page explains scope, typical modules and how the pilot works for that kind of system.

Custom software or an off-the-shelf product?

A quick comparison before you decide either way. Off-the-shelf is often right for standard needs such as email or basic bookkeeping.

Test a working pilot before you commit

Before you commit to the full project, we build 2 to 3 of your key modules as working software, free of charge. Your team tests the pilot, and the full build starts only after you approve it.

  1. Understand

We learn your requirements and how your organisation works today.

  2. Select pilot modules

Together we choose 2 to 3 key modules that prove the solution.

  3. Build the working pilot

We build those modules as real, working software, free of charge.

  4. You test it

Your team uses the pilot. The full project starts only after you approve it.

Building software in the federal capital

Islamabad's buyers are different from those in a trading or manufacturing city, and that changes what a system has to do.

The Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, founded in 1984, covers the entire Federal Capital Area, reports about 14,000 members and promotes trade, industry and the services sector. The UN country team in Pakistan is based in the Diplomatic Enclave, and its members include UNDP, UNICEF, UNHCR, WFP and WHO.

In practice, that mix means many Islamabad projects involve formal approval chains, strict user roles, audit history, bilingual documents and reporting to a board, a government department or a donor. We plan those requirements in from the first workshop rather than adding them later. We do not name clients on this page; the public-sector work we can describe is our bilingual public-sector platform in Qatar.

Questions from Islamabad buyers

Straight answers for teams comparing a custom system with what they use today.

Is Timeline Digital based in Islamabad?

Yes. Our headquarters, and our only office, is at 3rd Floor, Silver City Plaza, G-11 Markaz, Islamabad 44000, Pakistan. The company was founded here in 2013. Islamabad clients can meet us at the office or ask us to come to theirs; office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Pakistan time (PKT, UTC+5).

What kind of systems do Islamabad organisations ask you to build?

Mostly systems that replace spreadsheets, paper files and approvals sent over email or WhatsApp: ERP for finance, procurement, inventory and HR; CRM for sales and client records; workflow and approval systems; customer or citizen portals; reporting dashboards; and mobile apps for staff in the field. Many projects also connect an existing accounting or HR system rather than replacing it.

Do you build software for government and public-sector bodies?

Yes. We build case management, application and approval workflows, records systems and bilingual portals for public-sector programmes. The work we can describe publicly is a bilingual Arabic and English public-sector platform in Qatar (client name withheld). We do not publish client names without permission, and procurement, hosting and data rules are agreed with each organisation at the start of the project.

Can you build systems for NGOs and donor-funded programmes?

Yes, this is a type of system we build: beneficiary and case records, grant and budget tracking, field data collection on mobile, approval chains and monitoring and evaluation dashboards. Data protection and donor reporting requirements are written into the plan for each project; we build with them in mind, and compliance with a specific framework is confirmed per project.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the number of modules, integrations and how much data has to be moved from old systems. You get a written plan and timeline before development starts. The 2 to 3 pilot modules are built first, so your team is using real software early instead of waiting for one final release.

Is the pilot really free?

Before you commit to the full project, we build 2 to 3 of your key modules as working software, free of charge. Your team tests the pilot, and the full build starts only after you approve it. The full process is explained on our How We Work page.

Who owns the source code?

You do. The source code is transferred to you on full payment, as set out in the agreement, along with documentation and access credentials, so you can host it where you like or hand it to another team later.

Can you replace or extend software we already use?

Yes. We review the current system and its data first, then recommend whether to extend it, connect it to new modules, or replace it in stages. For older systems the priority is moving your data safely and keeping staff working during the change.

Do you also work with clients outside Islamabad?

Yes. We work with clients in Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi and other Pakistani cities, and with organisations abroad. Delivered remotely from our Islamabad headquarters, with scheduled video meetings in your working hours; on-site visits only when agreed in the contract.
