Timeline Digital provides custom software development, web application development, mobile app development, AI solutions, e-commerce development, and SEO and digital marketing services. Every project runs under its own signed agreement, which sets the scope, price, and delivery dates.
3. Intellectual Property
Everything on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, belongs to Timeline Digital and is protected under intellectual property law. Once a client pays in full, ownership of the custom-developed software transfers to them exactly as stated in their project agreement.
4. User Obligations
You agree to give accurate, complete information when you use our contact forms or services. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials we give you confidential.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are set out in each project proposal and contract. Every project requires a deposit before work starts, and the rest of the payment schedule is tied to the milestones agreed in that contract.

Timeline Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, except where the law requires otherwise.
7. Warranty Disclaimer

8. Confidentiality
Both parties keep any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement confidential. This obligation continues after the agreement ends.
