Do you provide an Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (DPA)?
Yes. Our standard MSA includes a GDPR Article 28-compliant Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (AVV / DPA), signed before we touch any live data. We can also sign your legal team's DPA template with reasonable changes. Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) are included by default for any data that leaves the EU.
Where is data hosted for German clients?
By default your data is stored on AWS Frankfurt (eu-central-1) or Azure Germany West Central. Hetzner Falkenstein and STACKIT are also options where you need EU-only or sovereign hosting. Our team works from Pakistan; your live data stays in the EU per the DPA.
How does communication work in English?
Everything written is in English: Slack, email, documents, code comments, design records, and review notes. Our leads are fluent and have worked with German Mittelstand and Berlin tech clients for years. If you need German-language workshops or board presentations, we arrange them through a partner.
