Can the approval steps change when a rule or an officer changes?
They can. Approval routes, amount limits and who signs at each stage are stored as settings, not written into the code, so an administrator can update them when a policy changes or an officer is transferred. Older files keep the route they were approved under, so the history stays accurate. If a change needs new fields or reports, we add it as a small update rather than a rebuild.
How do field staff submit data where there is no mobile signal?
The app saves each form, photo and location on the phone first. When the phone next finds a connection, even briefly, it uploads the queued entries in order and marks them as sent, and the head office sees them on its dashboard. If two people edit the same record while offline, the system keeps both versions and asks a supervisor to choose, so nothing is overwritten without anyone noticing.
Can a hospital's existing patient and lab records be moved into the new system?
For most hospitals, yes. We import patient registers, lab test lists, charges and medicine stock from Excel or older software, clean out duplicates, and give your staff a sample to check before switching over. Where history exists only on paper, the new system starts with current patients and older files can be entered gradually. Lab slips and reports can carry Urdu and English labels.
