We do not have one there. Our one office is in G-11 Markaz, Islamabad, and we serve Skardu clients remotely from our Islamabad headquarters, through video calls, screen sharing and WhatsApp. When the connection is slow, we switch to shorter calls, voice notes and demo links you can open when it suits you. Any visit to your guest house, shop or office is agreed in the contract before the work begins.

What happens to a booking or bill entered while the internet is down?
It is saved on the computer, tablet or phone where it was entered, and the screen carries on as normal. A small indicator shows how many entries are waiting to sync. When a connection returns, they upload in order and the owner's dashboard updates. If the same room was changed on two devices while offline, the system flags it for someone to decide rather than overwriting either entry.
Can we take bookings from agents and still see who owes what?
Each agent has a record with their bookings, the rate agreed and any commission. Advances and balances are tracked per booking, and a statement for each agent can be produced at the end of the month or the season. The owner sees at a glance which guests have paid in full, which have paid only an advance, and which agent balances are outstanding.
Will the software run on the computers and phones we already have?
Most likely. Billing and booking screens can run in a browser or as a Windows application on an ordinary PC, and the staff app runs on normal Android phones. We check your devices during planning and tell you if anything, such as a receipt printer or barcode scanner, needs adding.
