For retailers running two or more shops and dealers selling on credit or instalments, where each outlet keeps its own stock book and the owner phones round for totals: one system for every counter, godown and account.

Timeline Digital is a custom software development company founded in 2013 and headquartered in Islamabad. We build multi-shop POS, stock control, dealer credit and instalment systems for Vehari retailers and dealers, delivered remotely from our Islamabad headquarters. Before you commit to the full project, we build 2 to 3 of your key modules as a free pilot for your team to test.

Why businesses in Vehari build custom software

Vehari is in southern Punjab, east of Multan. This page is aimed at two kinds of business. The first is a retailer that has grown from one shop to several, perhaps with a godown behind them, and now finds each outlet counting stock in its own way. The second is a dealer in electronics, motorcycles, building materials or other durable goods who sells on credit or monthly instalments and needs to know exactly who owes what. Both need every sale, transfer and receipt recorded once, with the owner able to see all of it from a phone instead of calling each manager.

Software we build for Vehari businesses

Multi-outlet POS with central stock

Every shop bills from the same product list and prices, while stock is counted outlet by outlet. When one branch runs low, the system shows where the item is available and records the transfer at both ends. Barcode scanning, thermal receipts and FBR-ready invoices where you issue them are included, and the owner sees sales by shop, cashier and hour.

Instalment sales and guarantor records

For dealers selling on monthly instalments, each contract records the customer, guarantors, product serial number, down payment and schedule. The system shows who is due this week, who is late and by how much, and prints a receipt for every payment. Recovery staff can open a customer's schedule on a phone before they knock on the door.

Dealer credit and supplier accounts

A dealer sits between suppliers who want paying and customers who pay late. We link purchase orders, supplier invoices and payments with customer credit sales, so you see both sides of the cash gap on one screen. Credit limits, ageing reports and SMS or WhatsApp reminders help your staff chase the accounts that matter most first.

Stock audits, transfers and shrinkage checks

Periodic stock counts taken with a handheld scanner or a phone camera are compared with system stock shop by shop, and differences are reported by item and by who last handled it. Transfers between shops and the godown need both the sender and the receiver to confirm, so goods in transit are always accounted for.

See How We Work

Why work with Timeline Digital from Vehari

One owner view across every shop

The owner's dashboard shows today's sales, cash, stock value and dues for each outlet on a laptop or phone, while each manager's login is limited to their own shop. Nobody needs to ring round at closing time to build the day's total.

Tills that stay open in load-shedding

Each POS keeps a local copy of prices and stock, bills straight through outages and sends the day's sales to the central system when the connection comes back, so a power cut does not close the counter.

Remote delivery, planned around trading hours

We work from our only office in G-11 Markaz, Islamabad, and deliver Vehari projects remotely by video call, screen sharing and WhatsApp. Go-live and staff training are timed for quieter trading hours, and a visit to your shops happens only if it is agreed in the contract.

Serial numbers and warranty on record

For durable goods, the system records the serial number at the point of sale, links it to the customer and the supplier, and tracks warranty claims, so a returned item can be traced back to its purchase quickly.

  • Single office in G-11 Markaz, Islamabad; Vehari shops and dealers served remotely
  • Free pilot of 2 to 3 key modules, used on real sales before you decide
  • Offline-capable POS counters
  • FBR-ready invoicing for businesses that issue tax invoices
  • On full payment, source code is transferred to you as set out in the agreement

What a custom system could do for Vehari businesses

Example workflows for common types of business. They show what a system can do; they are not client case studies.

Retailer with several shops

A retailer with three shops and a godown could bill from one product list, move stock between outlets with sender and receiver confirmation, and see each shop's sales for the day.

Motorcycle or electronics dealer on instalments

A dealer could record each instalment contract with guarantors and serial numbers, list overdue customers every week and print a receipt for each payment.

Building materials supplier

A building materials supplier could track contractors' credit, deliveries by site and supplier payments in one ledger, with reminders for overdue accounts.

Frequently asked questions

Can you set up and support our Vehari shops without an office in the city?

Yes. We do not have an office or staff in Vehari; our only office is in G-11 Markaz, Islamabad. We set up and support Vehari clients remotely from our Islamabad headquarters: planning on video calls, configuration and training through screen sharing, and WhatsApp support during office hours. POS hardware such as printers and scanners can be installed by your own supplier with our guidance, and any on-site visit is agreed in the contract.

What would a Vehari retailer or dealer test first in the free pilot?

Before you decide on the full project, we build 2 to 3 of your key modules as working software, and there is no charge for them. A retailer with several shops often starts with counter billing, central stock and branch transfers. An instalment dealer might pick the contract register, the weekly due list and receipts. Your staff use the pilot on real sales, and the full build starts only when you approve it.

Can each shop keep billing if the internet goes down?

Yes. Each counter holds the prices and stock it needs, so it keeps billing and printing receipts during an internet cut, and during a power cut if the counter is on a UPS. When the connection returns, the day's sales and stock movements sync to the central system and the owner's reports update. If two shops sell the last unit of an item at once, a manager is asked to resolve it.

Can we see which customers are late on instalments this week?

Yes. The due list shows every instalment falling due, sorted by date, area or recovery officer, with late accounts highlighted alongside the amount overdue. From the same list you can send SMS or WhatsApp reminders, record promises to pay and log each visit. Management reports compare collections with what was due, per officer and per month.

Can we keep using our existing barcode scanners and receipt printers?

Usually, yes. Most USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners and standard thermal receipt printers work with a web-based POS. During planning we list the hardware you already have and test it during the pilot. If a device will not work reliably, we tell you before the full build starts, so you can decide whether to replace it.
