01Timeline Digital Brand System: The Challenge

Six free software products (Timeline POS, Timeline Restaurants POS, Timeline Payroll, Timeline CRM, Timeline School Manager, Labor Management System) had each been designed in isolation, with inconsistent logos, mismatched colour palettes, drift across product UI patterns and no shared voice. The brand felt fragmented to first-time visitors arriving on different product pages.

02Timeline Digital Brand System: The Solution

Defined a single brand system: primary palette (deep blue, accent cyan, neutral greys), Inter as the only typeface, lightning-bolt mark as the unifying icon, and a written voice document banning AI-tells like "leverage", "seamless", "ecosystem". Rolled out to the marketing site, all product splash screens, OG images and 12+ social templates.

03Timeline Digital Brand System: The Results

Visual consistency now lands on first paint regardless of which product page the visitor enters from. Marketing-site OG image weight dropped from 1.9 MB to 337 KB after the brand-aligned refresh. Voice document used as the QA gate for all subsequent copy work.
