We confirm a realistic start date before you sign anything.

You. Project code, documentation and designs transfer to you on full payment, and your data is yours throughout. Our generic tooling and know-how stay ours, and open-source parts keep their own licences. A mutual NDA can be signed before you share sensitive details.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Pakistan time (PKT, UTC+5). Delivered remotely from our Islamabad headquarters, with scheduled video meetings in your working hours; on-site visits only when agreed in the contract. At the start of the engagement we agree the overlap windows, meeting times and response times with you and write them into the plan.

Tell us early. We work through the problem with you and, if a change is the right fix, propose another engineer for you to interview; how changes work is set out in your contract. For project work there is also the free pilot: Before you commit to the full project, we build 2 to 3 of your key modules as working software, free of charge, ready in about 2 days. Your team tests the pilot, and the full build starts only after you approve it.

Yes. We accept short single-engineer engagements as well as longer pod engagements, which run until production-quality output stabilises. A short discovery engagement, with regular check-ins, is also a popular starting point.

It depends on the role, seniority, stack and how long you need the engineer; offshore rates are usually well below US or UK salaries once recruiting and overheads are counted. The price is set in three steps: we analyse your requirements, build a free pilot of 2 to 3 key modules, and after you approve the pilot we agree the scope, milestones and commercial terms in writing. Any change request outside the approved scope is reviewed and agreed with you before extra work begins.
