How fast can we start?
Typical onboarding is 5–10 working days from contract signing. We shortlist candidates within 48 hours of the discovery call, run interviews on your terms, and deploy the chosen engineers into your tooling and Slack within a week.
Who owns the IP?
You. Our standard MSA includes full work-for-hire and IP assignment. Code, documentation, designs and any derivative work belong to you from the moment they are committed. We sign mutual NDA before any technical conversation.
How do you handle time-zone overlap with US/UK/Germany?
Default 4-hour overlap with EST (9 AM–1 PM EST). For West Coast we add a second-shift lead for full PST coverage. UK clients get 9 AM–6 PM GMT/BST overlap; Germany gets 9 AM–4 PM CET/CEST. Slack is monitored during overlap windows.
What if the engineer is not the right fit?
First 30 days are a risk-free trial. If the fit is wrong we replace the engineer at no cost and you only pay for time worked. After 30 days replacements are still available with 2 weeks notice. No long-term lock-in.
Do you take on shorter than 3-month engagements?
Yes. Single-engineer engagements as short as 4 weeks are accepted. Pod engagements typically run 8 weeks minimum because that is when production-quality output stabilises. Discovery sprints (2 weeks) are also a popular starting point.
Can your engineers work in our codebase using our process?
Yes. We adopt your stack, your tooling (GitHub/GitLab, Linear/Jira, Notion/Confluence, Slack), your code review standards, your CI/CD, your branching strategy. We are an extension of your team, not a separate vendor delivering throw-over-the-wall code.
