How would the ERP calculate yield and wastage for each batch?
We start from your own conversion rules: how much crude oil makes a tonne of packed ghee, how much wheat gives flour and bran, or how many bottles a syrup batch should fill. The system records the inputs issued and the output packed for each batch or shift, then shows the difference as wastage or loss. Production managers see which shift, line or product drifts from the norm, and owners get the same figures without waiting for month-end.
