Yes. Customer-supplied material is received against the customer and the job, held apart from your own stock, and issued to the job as work progresses. This keeps the customer's account clear and stops their material being counted as yours.
Can our supervisors update jobs from a phone on the shop floor?
Yes. We build Flutter apps for Android and iOS, or a phone-friendly web screen, so supervisors can open a job, mark a stage complete, add a photo or note, and record material issued without walking to the office computer. If the signal drops, the app keeps the entries and syncs them when the connection returns. Each user sees only the jobs and actions their role allows.
Can a training institute issue certificates from the system?
Yes. Certificates are generated from the same student record that holds attendance and test marks, so names, course titles and dates match what the institute recorded. You can set rules, for example minimum attendance or a pass mark, before a certificate can be printed, and fee clearance can be checked first. Each certificate can carry a unique number that the office can look up later.
