Yes. Each shift can carry its own allowance, and overtime is calculated from actual punches against the rostered hours, using the rates and thresholds you set. Advances and loans are deducted in the instalments you choose, with a running balance per employee. The payroll run shows every addition and deduction line by line, so HR and accounts can check it before salaries are released.
