Labor management vs WMS, what is the difference?
A WMS (warehouse management system) tracks inventory, picking, receiving and stock movement. Large warehouses often run both. This free app runs on its own, next to any WMS, without an integration.
Does it handle UK, US, EU and Australian labour rules?
You can set overtime rates, working days, currency and pay-cycle length in Settings, so the app can follow the rates you already pay. It does not check compliance with laws such as the US FLSA or the UK Working Time Regulations, and it does not calculate tax or file returns; confirm those with your accountant or payroll provider.
