If you run a small pizza shop
You don't need Toast at $69 a month. You don't need Square taking 2.6% on every card.
You need a screen at the counter that rings up a Large Pepperoni in three taps, prints to the oven printer, and shows you what sold on Saturday night.
That's what this is. Free, Windows, offline. Bring your own card reader.
How a pizza menu sets up
- Build a pizza category. Margherita, Pepperoni, BBQ Chicken, House Special.
- Set base prices per size: Personal, Medium, Large, XL.
- Make a "Toppings" modifier group. Tap once to add, tap twice for double.
- Use the "Half" modifier flag for half-and-half pies.
- Slice items go on the menu as their own line: Cheese Slice $3.50, Pepperoni Slice $4.
- Delivery orders go in as Delivery type. Driver name field is on the order.
- Kitchen ticket prints to a USB ESC/POS printer behind the line.
- Friday-night reports tell you which pies move, which sit.

Pizza-shop questions
Does it handle half-and-half pizzas?+
Yes. Add a "Half" modifier group. Tap toppings for the left half, tap others for the right. The receipt and the kitchen ticket both show it cleanly.
Can I price slices and whole pies on the same menu?+
Yes. Slice and whole are two separate menu items. A Cheese Slice can be $3.50 while a Large Cheese is $14. Customers ordering both go on one ticket.
How do delivery orders work?+
Tap Delivery on the order screen. Type customer name, phone, and address into the Notes field. Driver name goes on the order before it leaves.
Will the kitchen printer work?+
Yes if it speaks ESC/POS. USB or network. Most Epson, Star, Bixolon and Citizen receipt printers are supported. Configure once in Settings → Printer.
How much will I save vs Toast or Square?+
On $20k a month with 70% on card: about $360–$420 a month vs Square or Toast. ~$4,500 a year. We don't take a cut on cards, so you keep your processor savings.
